The (L.E.E.A.S.) described in a step by step process
after the receipt of the application.
The L.E. Applicant Application: Upon receipt of the application its entered into the LE Applicant Screen automatically assigning an employment number. Every new applicant will have a entry date assigned to retrieve reports.
* Note: prior to entering the applicant a search of the applicant will first take place assuring that this applicant had not make application in the past. This search can be made using any data field in the application screen or the use of 'preview screen' that displays all applicant's since the beginning of application entry.
When entering the applicant name, address, city and state the first letter will automatically capitalize and both letters of the state. The data of birth entry will automatically calculate the applicants age based on the system date of entry. Other fields of entry are sex, race, position and assigned to: the sex and race fields are standard or fixed within the software. The position (job) and assigned to are fields that the agency assigns within a table, separate program under (Utilities).
The automation of 'mail merge' of letters are captured from the agencies unique letters already in the document library. To print the letters as shown under the 'unlimited comments' requires a check in the box next to the letter description. Its a normal practice that letters are printed after you have choose several applicant's to received the various letters.

To further assist the 'mail merge' of letters, shown below is 'application letter information' screen that allows the agency to described their field names that would automatically be inserted in the letters selected to print.
